I receive an error every time I try to open my itinerary.

The app was working fine a few months ago but now its a huge glitch that wont allow the app to open up.

a great app its the best I like it. they have really good deals and recommend this.

Cant search anything. How helpful is that?

Absolutely love book it ! Had A great ride from the airport to the resort . Loved the resort ! And the ride back was also great ! Will definitely be using this service again hopefully next year :)

Scrolling through hotels is a nightmare. Its as if the list keeps refreshing while scrolling. Awful glitch.

I will forever use bookit.com to book any vacation, but the app is just horrible to use. In order to select the travel dates, you have to hit the arrow in just the right place or it goes back to today. If youre trying to book months in advanced, this could be a ten minute task before giving up. Filter options are slow and impossible to use as well. The website is very user friendly, but not the app.

Once you try to enter your destinations the drop down list appears but nothing is selectable. You can proceed to get itineraries, Im forced to use the website.

Nearly impossible to input dates that were only 7 mos away. App is just clunky

Cannot select origin or destination through the app. Can this be fixed please? I am not able to browse on the desktop site via mobile

Nice user interface but thats where it stops short. Constantly crashing impossible to use and forced to use website.

The app wont let me check my itinerary to print out... I recently booked thru them for the car/flight/hotel combo... Thought it was a good idea until the website didnt take my payment cause it glitched up and double charged me for the flight part. Had to call them and they said it would take 10 biz days to go back into my account and then instead of the $2,800 that we agreed on for the triple package they tried to charge me over $3,600 for the same package since their website double charged me.. Finally they gave in and gave me the price that I chose in the 1st place for the triple package saying everything is good. They call the next day saying owe them money for the extra flight that they said they cancelled telling me if its not paid they will send me into collections.

Doesnt allow me to look at itinerary. Comes back with a parsing error. I deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and it still doesnt work. Im deleting it for good now.

Unfortunately the app would not take my reservation. Had to book it on the full website. That was a pain but at least I still got a great deal using BookIt.com. Not sure why the app didnt work for me though.

I was searching a last minute package and went through the top travel sites- Expedia and blah blah and everything showed me flights and hotel with inflated prices and in same ranges. Then by mistake I clicked this site and I got same hotels and same flights at great prices. I was seeing 3500$ packages for flight and hotel to New York and I ended up paying only 2169.32. You can calculate the savings.

App doesnt work. Parsing error every time I try to check on itinerary. Just use website, its easier.

Logged in to look at itinerary and it will fail every time I try to look at info. Gives some stupid error. Fix your app u idiots

Nothing thing but parsing errors I reloaded it several times. Am now erasing it from my phone
