Doesnt show flight options after booking. "Book it" does not show your itinerary!!!

Terrible experience at website and with app - had to enter too much info - f/m/last for whole fam - finally at checkout receive an error (unk?) and told to start over, twice (I wasnt sticking around for third charm). Called customer service and they couldnt help without search # (not provided in app) website was no better. Tried another offering and booking right away- much easier.

App is junky and not any better, or likely worse, than the multitude of options already established.

They dont care otherwise they dump this piece of **** and start over !!!!!

Nice app. Does everything I need. Could use a couple other features but otherwise very happy with it.

please fix i use this app a lot and it is not working. the screen jumps up and down cant enter the airport code

I will forever use bookit.com to book any vacation, but the app is just horrible to use. In order to select the travel dates, you have to hit the arrow in just the right place or it goes back to today. If youre trying to book months in advanced, this could be a ten minute task before giving up. Filter options are slow and impossible to use as well. The website is very user friendly, but not the app.

Tried booking a trip got a error message 6 times took 1700 out of my bank card each time

I downloaded the app to compare prices that other app were giving me but there was constantly no results. When other sites said that book it would give me that price. I dont even give it one star but it wont accept no star. I will be deleting this app.

Stay away from this company! They charge your card but never get in touch with hotel company, worse customer service ever and they only care about getting your money.

In trying to look for a vacation to Mexico site will not show options for dates selected. A couple of years ago it worked great

this review is on the actual service of the agency of BOOKIT.com My husband and I are coming off of our honeymoon. We used BOOKIT.com to plan our honeymoon to Jamaica. In the beginning we were to stay at the RIU Ochoa Riu. We planed this for about 8 months. For those 8 months everything was confirmed. Fast forward now to 4 day before we left for are awesome vacation.. I get an email and a phone call from a bookit agent saying that because of an "internal system error" they had to cancel our reservation, now remember everything was paid in full through bookit well in advance.. The agent that call me showed zero sympathy and pretty much was telling me that I can be refunded our money, BUT if we wanted to rebook anything extra would have to come out of our own pockets. So they werent even going to help us out. Well I wasnt going to take that for an answer, I got on the phone with Ocho Riu and they said that bookit never paid them so they canceled, not only our reservations but also all contracts with bookit. We then got back on the phone with the same bookit agent and told him the real reason why our vacation got canceled, all of the sudden they were super helpful, in finding us a new hotel imagine that.. My question for Bookit.com was why did they sit on my money for months on end and not pay the hotel? No not only was the beginning of my trip a total nightmare we were stuck doing excursions through them (NEVER ever do that). We waisted $150 for a 40 min raft ride that was actually a lazy river. The agents do the brochures said that it was a 2.5 hour tube ride. Pretty awesome right? NOT not only were we promised that we would be on a bus and with other people, the car was over an HOUR late and not only were we not on a tour bus we were by ourselves, both on the ride there and going to the "rafts" I had to endure an annoying tour guide the whole way. It was a complete waste of not only our money but our day. When we got back about an hour later from our 2.5 hour excursion the lady was super awkward and didnt even try to make it right. Bookit.com is nothing but a scam I will write this review on every site that I possibly can along with telling everyone I know. I just want to thank bookit.com for making my honeymoon the worst vacation I have ever had, the stress was unbelievable. The hotel was fine could use some updating. And more food options

App doesnt work. Every time I put in a date and location I get " no results". I am deleting it immediately.

Could not even find a cruise in the app. A total waste of time.

When you go to make your hotel selection the list is bouncing up-and-down and doesnt allow you to make your choice. If you have current reservations and youre a member, somehow your information is not linked to the mobile app. My overall experience with the actual website is far better and more reliable this app needs a lot of work.

The only things you cal really do on this app is book trips. I cant see my itineraries. I cant even see my notifications for trips Ive been.

I booked and paid for my hotel through Bookit 3 months ahead. I arrived to the hotel and the clerk told me that Bookit had cancelled my reservation. The hotel also told me that Bookit wasnt giving the hotel their portion of the money, so the hotel cut off all ties with Bookit. Furthermore, I never received an email or phone call from Bookit informing me that they had cancelled my reservation. I tried calling Bookit and I never got anyone on the phone.

The app is great is they would update your trip itinerary with your confirmation numbers and also answer your questions by answering the phone ever. Great app, would be perfect if the agency wasnt such a bust.

App would be great if it actually stayed open and didnt close out in the middle of booking (so annoyed) Im deleting the app and booking online!!!
