Horrible app. Needs a new developer. Keeps crashing cant book through mobile app or buy activities. All purchases are still done through computer or safari. Bookit get it together

Crash all the time

Love the site when I look at it on my browser, but if it never loads on the app then whats the point, Fix It!!!!!

If your site cant work in a browser on an iPad and your app doesnt work either, how is anyone supposed to book with you. You really need a new developer.

I used to use this app all the time. Now every time I try to get details on a hotel in Cancun - the app craps out with some sort of Java error.

When I was trying to book a flight the calendar was wrong. I was afraid my flight would be wrong so I didnt book anything. Please Fix this!!

This would be an awesome app. But you cant book because of errors and it also tells me that every hotel is booked on every day that I have picked. From what I see if they get it together it would be a bit cheaper for me to use the app to book my flights + hotels. Good idea bad app!

When trying to select "To" and "from" the app starts bouncing up and down making the selection process very difficult. Besides that the app works well.

We should be able to access our itineraries from the app

The app doesnt show total vacation packages like the website, at this point I think I will delete the app and go directly t the website. Sorry for the low rating but this feature is very important to me

I like the app for approximate pricing however I am not able to add ground airport transportation nor am I able to add protection for my trip. Also there should be some type of payment option or plan offered as some other sites do. I will use this only for pricing and book on the website if I choose to use this site over others

-10 stars. This app is useless, it crashes every few mins, I have to constantly write everything all over again. I dont have enough time to look before Im kicked out, its very frustrating. Please fix!

I love this app because it was the only one I found that could book travel packages whereas the other more known travel apps require you to use their desktop web sites to book packages. The UI for this app is fantastic and I found it to offer deals just as good or better than the other travel sites.

Ive booked several hotel & flight packages threw BookIt & I have to say I love the service! Whats not so lovable is this app. Although its gotten better over the last few updates it still has a major issue of not allowing you to enter your departing city or arriving city due to that field flickering non stop with multiple suggestions. This has been going on for several months & still had not been fixed even after the last update. DEVELOPERS WHY BOTHER INCLUDING A LINK TO YOUR SITE THAT ONLY REDIRECTS YOU BACK TO THE APP??? WHY DONT YOU ALLOW THE ACTUAL USERS OF THE APP TO NOTIFY YOU OF ISSUES DIRECTLY RATHER THAN SHAME YOU IN THE REVIEWS? BOOKIT WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO USE A DEVELOPER THAT IS SLOW TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS WITH THE APP? WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO PAY A DEVELOPER THAT PUTS OUT A PRODUCT IN YOUR NAME THAT IS POOR REPRESENTATION OF THE ACTUAL SERVICE YOU SALE? UPDATE Sept. 2015 The bouncing of the departure & destination fields still continues. This is a other great app. But the inability of the developer to fix this ongoing issue is disappointing & frustrating.

When trying to chuse month for dates it jumps back to the curent month wery hard to chuse date when is far out ..

Its ok, but the online version has more options such as: •being able to choose from listed locations •last minute deals & trips •grouped vacation packages Please reformat it with some of these Online features. Thanks

The app sometimes fails as you try to book stuff and you end up having to call them. Clunky app that needs work.

Doesnt add boarding pass to Wallet.

Not enough filters for flight selections. The flight durations for international flights did not take into consideration the time zone differences.

Doesnt work half the time!
